This full-service mobile kitchen serves up handheld crowd-pleasers like fish tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches, smoked meat, crispy brussels sprouts, mac and cheese and more – served at record speed.
Equipped with Alberta’s largest meat smoker, CURBSIDE is the real deal. Trained with top U.S. pitmasters to perfect the art of Texas-style barbecue – our crew is serving up melt-in-your-mouth brisket and Montreal smoked meat with serious street cred.

Melissa, your attention to detail, quick responses, and constant reassurance made the planning process feel peaceful and effortless. Our bar staff were absolutely AMAZING — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our family and friends haven’t stopped talking about how wonderful they were!
And the Curbside food truck — THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Our guests were blown away by the quality, generous portions, and quick service. The food truck staff were just as incredible, providing such friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service. Everything went seamlessly, and no one went home hungry!

The quantity and quality of the Curbsiude food was amazing. The two employees serving from the food truck were top notch and so great to deal with. 10/10!!

I am always thoroughly satisfied and further, impressed by the quality of food that A Cappella provides, especially considering the really reasonable pricing! It certainly was! I cannot say how important it is to be able to rely on a caterer to operate in a timely and professional manner. I have always been impressed by A Cappella’s service and have never once, in my many times ordering from A Cappella, had an order go south/arrive late. That is a major achievement by A Cappella in my eyes. Always 10, A Cappella has provided exceptional service for my professional events now for 4 years, and they also catered my wedding brilliantly. I recommend them to everyone.

Everything was AMAZING! We had rave reviews on the food as always.
The food is always on point, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, we cant say ANYTHING bad about the service we receive everytime. Nadja (hopefully I spelt her name right) was happy to see us again and makes good suggestions for menu options.

We were very pleased with A Cappella Catering. There was plenty of food for our guests, and the quality absolutely met our expectations.
The onsite staff were fantastic. They were easy to work with, professional, and very self-sufficient. Once they were given direction, they did not need to have their hands held every step of the way, which was extremely appreciated on such a busy day. The lead checked in at all the right intervals without ever feeling intrusive.
They were also very attentive to the little details throughout the evening. They checked with us before packing up to confirm whether the coffee station should remain out, asked how the food and desserts were tasting, made sure the head table knew when dessert had been served, and packaged up the remaining food for us at the end of the night.
Everything was on time, organized, and handled professionally. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend A Cappella Catering to others. I would give them a 10/10 for likelihood to recommend.

My family has used A Cappella numerous times for Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners so I already knew the quality was going to be over the top. The part I really enjoyed was hearing all of our guests saying how pleased they were and exceeding their expectations. Normally for events like this people get a burger truck or something a little low key so it was very exciting to offer our guests such a high end meal. FIRST CLASS!

I am always incredibly happy with A Capella Catering. The food is consistently delicious, the service is fantastic, and their attention to detail is second to none. Dietary accommodations are never an issue, and they are always so easy and pleasant to work with.
What I appreciate most is the peace of mind that comes with ordering from A Cappella. Once I place my order, I know everything is going to be taken care of. I don’t have to worry about whether the food will arrive on time, whether there will be enough, whether dietary needs have been accommodated, or whether everything will be presented properly. They simply deliver every time.
I have used A Cappella for a variety of events and have never been disappointed. Their food is great, their team is reliable and professional, and they make catering feel completely effortless. That kind of service is worth its weight in gold when you’re organizing an event!

We were absolutely blown away by A Cappella Catering! From the quantity and quality of the food to the incredible service, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests!
What stood out the most was how the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. One moment that really touched us was when a staff member went out of their way to find a gluten-free dessert option for my nephew so he wouldn’t feel left out. That level of thoughtfulness and care meant so much to us.
The service was professional, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. Your team played such an important role in making our special day everything we dreamed of. You truly made our perfect day even more perfect!
